I arrived in Houston around 2pm. Abby (my cousin), Bret (her boyfriend) and I went to the Galleria, which is the largest mall in Houston. We dinked around for a while and went home. We eventually got hungry for dinner and we decided on Chinese. We made a to go order at a hole in the wall, awesome Chinese for cheap, called “The Hunan.” For $5.75, you get egg flower soup, a spring roll, half a large to go box of sesame chicken and the other half fried rice. I almost ate all of it, which was a bad idea. We watched a movie, chit-chatted and went to bed.
Abby was working from home the next couple of days, which allowed us to hang out all day. We watched movies, had a lazy day and got cleaned up later than usual. Abby’s roommate, Kat, joined us for dinner and margaritas at a Mexican restaurant. When we got home we started watching another movie, American Gangster.
The next morning, we got up and finished the movie and worked on our computers. I left Abby’s around 2pm to head to New Orleans to pick Cynthia, the woman I stayed with in Sacramento, up from the airport.
